We cannot thank you enough for making our two week stay at your charming hotel
as pleasant and comfortable as it possibly could be. Myself, my wife Fontaine,
Professor Marino, and all of our students from Illinois State University were made to
feel so at home, our every need tirelessly attended to, and so warmly welcomed -
we all felt like part of the family.
You all should be very proud of the fine job you do at The Bridge. Each of you, and all
the staff, could not have been nicer or more welcoming. The little things that are
paid attention to - the fridge and hair dryers in the rooms, the bottled water and
fresh fruits supplied each day, the warm and gracious welcome each morning at
breakfast (or indeed, whenever we walked through the door into the lobby),
continually served to make us feel like special guests and very much at home away-
from-home. Please extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all of your staff for
the wonderful job they do.
And may I say Fontaine and I were especially moved by the parting gifts from Mehdi.
It was an extremely thoughtful gesture and one that touched our hearts deeply.
Thank you so very, very much. We now feel like we have a few new good friends
over in London.
I am not sure when we will next be back to London, but we know that The Bridge
Hotel will be at the top of our list of places to stay, you can be sure of that. And I will
certainly recommend The Bridge to anyone I know who may be travelling to London
in the near future. There may be fancier or more luxurious places to stay, but I am
certain none more warm or welcoming.

I attended Hotel School and ran hotels and restaurants for seven years in the distant past. You should have been a lecturer at that hotel school, to teach future managers how to treat guests like family, and thus ensure that they will return to one's inn again and again and tell their friends and family about your amiable and warm service. You certainly know how to go the extra mile.

Centre of London- between 'Tower Bridge" and "Big Ben"- 10 min to both sites. Not so far to the tube stations (5-7 Minutes). Hotel looks perfect. Old Victorian Style.

The Hotel is near by the London Eye, just a few minutes from Underground line. The hotel staffs are very polite, professional, especially the Front Desk staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast service is organized well. Recommend to anyone.
