• When you book an accomodation at The Bridge Hotel, you are entering into legally binding contract and that means you accept the Terms and Conditions.
• Payment: When making a reservation your card details are preauthorized however not charged. That means your credit card details are only held as guarantee although you must have sufficient funds on the card for one night 's stay. You can then pay when you arrive to the hotel with card or cash. If you wish to pay on somebody else’s behalf, please contact the reservations department on 020 75931300 to complete a Third party credit card authorization, please note that a front and back copy of the card will have to be provided. For bookings over 3 days we may require a deposit however this is by manager's discretion. Guests should pay the agreed Room Rate on arrival. Continental breakfast and VAT (value added tax) are included in the room rate.
• Cancellation: If you have to cancel your trip or fail to take up the accommodation for any reason, you will be liable in full to the accommodation provider, in this case The Bridge Hotel. There is no charge for cancellation by 12 noon two days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a "no-show" or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the first night will be charged. For longer stay (more than three days) or group booking (more than 3 rooms) the cancellation charge varies and depends on the agreement when you made the booking; please check the cancellation policy with hotel when making a reservation. Please also note all cancellations or modifications must be made in writing, either by fax or email.
• Any change of the arrival date, departure date or room type of reservation is subject to the hotel 's availability at the time of the change.
• Checking time is at 02:00 pm; early checking can be arranged according to the availability and checking out time is at 11:00 am.
