1. Payment: When making a reservation your card details are preauthorized however not charged. That means your credit card details are only held as guarantee although you must have sufficient funds on the card for one night's stay. You can then pay when you arrive to the hotel with card or cash. If you wish to pay on somebody else's behalf, please contact the reservations department on 020 75931300 to complete a Third party credit card authorization, please note that a front and back copy of the card will have to be provided. For bookings over 3 days we may require a deposit however this is by manager's discretion. Guests should pay the agreed Room Rate on arrival. Continental breakfast and VAT (value added tax) are included in the room rate.
2. Cancellation: If you have to cancel your trip or fail to take up the accommodation for any reason, you will be liable in full to the accommodation provider, in this case The Bridge Hotel. There is no charge for cancellation by 12 noon two days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a "no-show" or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the first night will be charged. For longer stay (more than three days) or group booking (more than 3 rooms) the cancellation charge varies and depends on the agreement when you make the booking; please check the cancellation policy with hotel when making a reservation. Please also note all cancellations or modifications must be made in writing, either by fax or email.
3. Time: Check in is at 2:00 pm and check out time is at 11:00 am (GMT). If you would like to check out later than 11:00, please ask receptionist whether we are able to offer that or not.
4. Luggage Storage: No article stored with us should contain any valuable like ornaments, cash. Foreign currency, travelers' cheques and not prohibited inflammable material.
5. Guest's Belongings: Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms and not to leave the key card in the key place. The Bridge Hotel will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of the residents' goods or any other property not entrusted with management.
6. Safe: for the convenience of the guests, Safe Deposit Facilities are available at the Front Office to ensure the safety of any valuables.
7. Hazardous Goods: Storing of any article of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest rooms or luggage room is strictly prohibited.
8. Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
9. Management's Right: The Management reserves to itself the absolute right to admission to any person to the Hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
10. Government Rules and Regulations: Guests are requested to observe Government Rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of Registration. Alcoholic drinks, Fire and etc.
11. Visitors: No visitors are allowed in the rooms. Visitors are welcome to stay at the reception area.
12. Amendment of Rules: The Management reserves his right to alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
